We deliver nationwide free of charge. Products featured in our store are shipped directly from our suppliers to the address registered with our store when you complete your order. Shipping may also originate from a distribution center in Brazil or even abroad (USA, Europe, and China).

Delivery times range from 7 to 10 business days, with up to 25 business days for deliveries from abroad. Orders are shipped to the post office in accordance with Brazilian postal delivery system regulations.

Your order will be shipped immediately after payment confirmation and logistical processing.

Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
