Why do products take 7 to 10 days, and deliveries from abroad can take 7 to 25 business days to arrive?
We work with products at below-market prices, and to achieve this, in addition to Brazil, we also need to work with international suppliers (US, Europe, China, and Asia). Therefore, when a new order is placed in our store, we send the request to our suppliers, and they ship directly to your home.
Do all purchases come with a tracking code?
Yes! We work with reliable suppliers who provide tracking codes for your safety and convenience.
When will I receive my tracking code?
We'll send you the tracking code directly to your email within 3 business days, as our suppliers (the companies that manufacture the products) require this timeframe. If you haven't received the tracking code after this period, please email us at ( suporte@jznewmoda.com.br ) including your order number (something like #4321) and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Observations
Our customers receive their orders within an average of 7 to 10 business days, as we use a faster and more secure shipping method called Ali Standard Shipping . The product will be shipped directly from our supplier to your home.
Our guarantee period for deliveries from abroad is a maximum of 25 business days. If it doesn't arrive within this timeframe and you don't want to wait any longer, you can request your money back and we'll refund it, no problem.
We guarantee that your product will not be taxed by the post office (R$15.00 fee) or by customs (60% of the product value). If it is taxed upon entry into the country, we will cover the fees.
