We deliver free of charge nationwide. The products featured in our store are shipped directly from our suppliers to the address provided when you complete your order. Shipping can originate from distribution centers in Brazil or abroad (USA, Europe, or China).
Delivery times range from 7 to 10 business days , and may take up to 25 business days for orders shipped from abroad. The delivery time begins after the package is posted at the Brazilian Post Office, according to the Brazilian Post Office's delivery system regulations.
Your order will be shipped shortly after payment confirmation and logistical processing .
🔄 Exchanges and Returns
Our return policy is 30 days . This means you have up to 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging . You will also need to present your receipt or proof of purchase .
