📦 Return Policy

You have up to 30 days after receiving the product to request a return.

For the return to be accepted, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • With original labels
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Upon approval, we will send you a shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent without prior request will not be accepted .

⚠️ Damages and Problems

Upon receiving your order, please check it immediately.
If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect , please contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly.

🚫 Items that cannot be returned

We do not accept returns of:

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Personal care products (beauty and hygiene)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning it and, after approval, making a new purchase of the desired product.

💳 Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of refund approval.
If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days .

The time it takes for the bank or operator to process the refund may vary.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
