1. Carefully file your nails to prevent the pantyhose from snagging.
2. Roll up the pantyhose starting from the toes.
3. Adjust the position of the toes and heel, making sure the pantyhose fits snugly against your leg.
4. Stand up and pull the pantyhose up from the left and right sides.
5. Make sure the pantyhose is snug against your legs, hold and stretch it at the main part of your body, then lift it up to your waist.
